Concrete Resurfacing, Grinding and Polishing

This fantastic and authentic Mexican restaurant wasn’t keen on the dreary dining area floor and kitchen floor which was just bare, unfinished concrete. The owners wanted a fresh look with polished concrete and a stained black swirly finish.

We ground the surface down to exspose some aggregate and stone in the concrete then started polishing and honing the floor from there. After we gradually increased the grinding to 200 grit polish we stained the floor, applied densifier and continued to polish up to a 400 grit, matte finish.

It has been almost 2 years and the floor still looks great. This 1100 square foot project took our team 4 days to complete from start to finish.
