Concrete Floor Leveling & Membrane Coating

South Island Surfaces was hired to complete a protective and long-lasting epoxy floor coating with slip resistance. We completed the epoxy flooring in the drive-through vehicle car servicing area, and vehicle parts warehouse as well we installed a waterproof parking deck membrane and urethane coating to the exterior new vehicle delivery bay.

Our team of automotive flooring experts was responsible for prepping and grinding the concrete and filling any cracks and control joints. We also were working with a tight deadline which we met. The project was over 11,000 sq. ft and it took approx. 8 days to complete.
